Affiliated with the best-in-class orthopedic, rehabilitation and primary care physicians in the community, Vibra Rehabilitation Center focuses on providing patients with individualized programs of care that return them to the highest level of independence. Our bright, spacious rehabilitation therapy gym and 48-bed unit are designed to take advantage of the latest equipment and technology, ensuring our patients receive the most advanced rehabilitation and restorative care possible.

VibraLife Senior Living

The right personal care environment seeks a balance of independence and assistance. Within Vibra Senior Living, residents receive assistance with activities of daily living and healthcare supervision, as well as enjoy a carefree style of living set in modern accommodations. At the same time, residents have full access to our Vibra Rehabilitation Center, ensuring an easy transition to a high level of care when needed.

Charles Valetske

After losing his balance and falling at home, Charles Valetske was rushed to the Penn State Holy Spirit emergency room, where he experienced significant pain on his left side. He was diagnosed with a left hip fracture and underwent a surgical repair with the orthopedic team. Following the surgery, Charles faced challenges with mobility. During his hospital therapy evaluation, he could only walk 30 feet with the aid of a walker and assistance from the staff.

Experiencing shortness of breath, Frederick Brooks arrived at the emergency room at UPMC Harrisburg. Frederick was admitted and experienced a complicated hospitalization, including pneumonia, newly diagnosed atrial fibrillation (AFib), and deconditioning related to his extended stay.
